Great question.  Since we don’t work directly for any one service provider we can quote and sell any service from all providers and this allows us to get you the best service at the better price and best of all the selected provider pays us for bringing them the customer.

Constant Connection works directly with all providers on customers behalf.  We will provide a minimum of 3 quotes and once you make a choice we will obtain the contract directly from that provider.  Working with companies that provide their own contract may be marking up the price they receive from the service provider.  ConstantConnection will never mark up the price and getting the contract directly from the provider would prevent this.  We work for the customer to get the best service at the best price. 

Although our home office is in Greenville North Carolina we have many customers who have businesses in multiple states.  Since we work with all Service providers we can provide quotes not only in the United States but over seas as well.

When a customer calls the 1-800 number of any service provider, you must understand that these are call centers with 100’s of employees that are trained for transactional sales. This is what their quota is dependent on.  The majority of these call centers are out of state which means that the person you are speaking to over the phone is not familiar with the area in which your company is located. This hinders them from having a full understanding of your needs and giving you many times inaccurate information when requesting service availability for specific services like Fiber , Cloud, or cable  as an example. Typically they  are only trained to sell specific services and are not fully versed on advanced products leaving you the customer to settle for a services that will not fully support your companies needs. Once you have accepted their terms and have signed a contract with them you will no longer have any communication with the representative you spoke with and at that time will be told to call another 800 to correct or handle any issues that arise. Remember when calling an 800 number you will be 1 of the hundreds of calls handle on any given day.

Typically we can turn around quotes in 3 days depending on the service requested.  If there are special requirements, example needing build cost for construction this could take 5 to 7 days.
